1. Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed. 2. Registrants should obtain confirmation before committing to other travel arrangements. 3. ABD International cannot be responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please be sure your spam filters will allow mail from ABDInternational.com and the conference organizer. 4. Cancellation Policy: registration cancellation can be requested by emailing to confReg@abdinternational.com. Cancelation requested on or before August 15th will be entitled to a 50% refund. Registrations cancelled after September 15th will not be entitled to a refund. All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months. 5. Conference program: conference program is subject to change 6. In the event that the meeting cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the reasonable control of ABD International or due to events which are not attributable to unlawful intent or gross negligence of ABD International, ABD International cannot be held liable by participants for any damages, costs, or
losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses, etc. Under these circumstances ABD International reserve all rights to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future meeting, or to reimburse the participant the registration fee therefrom deducting costs already incurred for the organization of the meeting and which could not be recovered from third parties.
